Christine ensures PSA attracts, retains, supports and engages the best talent in aviation. She is responsible for leading PSA’s Talent Acquisition, HRIS and Compensation, Communications and Marketing, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and People Development teams.

Christine has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and development. She first joined PSA as Director of Recruiting in 2016 and led the overhaul of PSA’s recruiting strategy to attract and retain the top aviation talent at a time when the industry faced talent shortages in almost every discipline. After hiring and developing a team of innovative talent acquisition professionals, these efforts continue to form the foundation of PSA’s comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.

Christine received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications from Northern Kentucky University. She is also a Senior Talent Management practitioner and is SHRM-SCP certified.
