PSA Offers Flight Attendants the Leading Compensation Package in the Regional Industry

DAYTON, Ohio – PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, Inc., is now proud to offer the regional industry’s leading compensation package for Flight Attendants, which will provide higher pay, commuter benefits and an enhanced quality of life.

“In this highly competitive hiring environment, PSA is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent to deliver the high level of service PSA prides itself on,” said Reddy Gumireddy, Vice President of Inflight and Operations Performance – PSA Airlines. “There has never been a more exciting time to be at PSA, and I am proud to work alongside our talented Inflight team.”

Beginning July 1, 2022 all current and incoming Flight Attendants can look forward to the following benefits:

  • PSA will flex new hire rates of pay and increase all Flight Attendants at Zero to Year One pay rates up to Year Two rates at $26.53 per hour. This hourly wage will increase to $27.06 when the annual contract adjusts on July 15, 2022.
  • All Flight Attendants on property that are not eligible for flex pay will receive a $3,000 retention bonus, paid in two installments – $1,500 on Sept. 15, 2022, and Jan. 15, 2023. Any Flight Attendant who is eligible for the flex pay increase, but receives less than a $3,000 annual increase in base pay, will receive the difference in the same two above installments.
  • Eligible Flight Attendants will receive up to $250 each month in commuter hotel reimbursements.

PSA offers crew bases in Charlotte, NC (CLT), Dayton, Ohio (DAY), Washington, D.C. (DCA) and Philadelphia, PA (PHL). The airline is committed to providing the most lucrative and stable path for Flight Attendants to both launch and continue their career at PSA.
