PSA Airlines increases pay rates for several Dayton-based maintenance roles
DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 6, 2025 – PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group and leading regional airline, today announced it is increasing pay rates for select, Dayton-based roles within maintenance for new hires and those in their first or second year with the company. For those roles and individuals affected, this represents a range of pay increases from nearly 5% (for more senior team members) to over 10% (for team members who join PSA in one of these roles or who are in their first year in one of the roles).
“Our Dayton maintenance operations – which includes 178 people – are critical to our operation,” said PSA Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Christine Hollanshead. “PSA continually evaluates market conditions to ensure our pay – on top of our total rewards, which includes free standby travel on American Airlines’ network – remain competitive. This is a demonstration of our commitment to our people.”
