The Interview and Hiring Process
Are you ready to be part of a passionate team that places safety and compliance above all else?
1. Submit your application and interview
We’ll review and contact you with specific training plan and cost associated with training.
2. Begin training & receive funding
We’ll provide up to $10,000 for your transition training.
3. Complete Certification
After you finish training you will complete FAA-regulated testing. Upon passing testing you will receive your Airframe & Powerplant License.
4. Become a PSA Mechanic
You will now begin 5 weeks of PSA maintenance training.
Military Transition Program for Mechanics:
•Fully covered Airframe and Powerplant Course
•Fully covered written and oral testing
•A two-week training stipend up to $2,000
•Travel and hotel expenses covered
PLUS you are eligible for additional bonus opportunities, including:
•A $15,000 sign-on bonus (Dayton, OH and Savannah, GA bases) after PSA training completion
•A $5,000 sign-on bonus after PSA training completion
•Up to $12,5000 experience bonus for qualified candidates
