As a Flight Attendant, your number one priority is the safety and comfort of your passengers. Upon joining the PSA team, a new-hire Flight Attendant can expect the following.

The Interview and Hiring Process
We are looking for people who align with our PSA values and want to be a part of the largest airline in the world. Our Flight Attendants are the face of PSA Airlines and American Airlines and are service professionals of the highest caliber, with the desire, drive and passion to provide outstanding service.
1. Check your qualifications and apply now
Review our qualifications to see if you meet the criteria, and apply online. Things to note: Make sure you fill out all required information completely and accurately. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted.
2. Video Interview
If you are selected after the application process, you will receive an invitation to complete an online video interview, typically within one week. Please allow 30 minutes to complete the full video interview. (Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail).
3. In-person interview
If you are selected, you will be invited to an in-person interview event near one of our crew bases. This will take approximately six hours and will include a group activity, panel interview, presentation, Q&A, and a one-on-one interview.
4. Accept offer and head to training
If you are selected, congratulations, you are part of the PSA team. You will receive a class start date and begin your training after accepting your offer. Your four weeks of paid training will take place in Charlotte, NC.
