The Interview and Selection Process
Are you ready to be part of a passionate team that places safety and compliance above all else?
1. Check your qualifications and apply
Aviation maintenance students attending one of our partner schools can submit an application.
2. Student
Continue your A&P Program while receiving continued guidance from PSA team members.
3. Future Mechanic
Successfully pass your general exam and Second Interview: Job Shadow and receive your first Student Bonus.
4. PSA Mechanic
Successfully pass your Final Interview, and obtain your A&P Certification within 90 days of graduation: Receive your second Student Bonus and a priority class date.
