Dion Flannery


Responsibilities: Lead American Airlines Group wholly-owned subsidiary, PSA Airlines.

Education and Background:
Dion has served as President of US Airways Express, Vice President- financial analysis for US Airways, and various roles for America West. He has a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Texas-Austin and Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston.

Did you know...
In his role as President of US Airways Express, Dion oversaw all of US Airways’ regional airlines, including PSA. In this role he had the unique experience of helping to lead and direct PSA toward growth and sustainability, long before becoming President of PSA.

Randy Fusi

Vice President of Safety, Security and Compliance

Responsibilities: Safety, Security and Regulatory Compliance.

Education and Background:
College of the Redwoods (Law Enforcement) and University of Southern California (Aviation Safety).

Did you know...
Randy started racing motorcycles at the age of 13 and stopped at 49. He is also a rated Aircraft Commander with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Gary Pratt

Vice President of Maintenance & Engineering

Responsibilities: Oversees all of the operations and administration of the Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Department.

Education and Background:
Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Did you know...
With nearly 30 years of commercial aviation experience, Gary started his career as an aircraft technician with Delta Air Lines, where he served the majority of his career in various management positions in the maintenance organization.

Margaret Soda

Vice President of Human Resources

Responsibilities: Oversees all functions of the human resources department including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, retirement programs, internal and external communications, and community relations).

Education and Background:
Margaret earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Margaret has 14 years of human resources experience, including human resources management at ConAgra Foods and seven years at Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation where she held the Managing Director of Human Resources position.

Keith Stamper

Vice President of Air Operations

Responsibilities: Air Operations including Flight, Inflight and Training.

Education and Background:
Keith has an accomplished career as a CRJ pilot with vast experience in regional airline flight operations management. He served as chief pilot for Comair before joining Trans States Airlines in 2010 as Director of Flight Operations, supervising Flight Operations, Training and SOC.

Keith has more than 20 years of regional airlines experience. An ATP, CRJ-certified pilot, he has held many roles in training and flight operations including check airman, fleet manager and chief pilot.

In addition to holding an ATP, Keith also holds a Commercial Glider rating and enjoys spending time flying with no engines.
